Our Mortgage Wizards work using a two stage process. First, you'll be asked to enter information about your loan requirements. You can then choose to see all the mortgages suited to you (from approximately 700+ in our database), or you can go on and refine your search further using our advanced questions option.

You'll get a results page, showing all the best mortgages available to you. You can then sort these and compare the different mortgages, to decide which is right for you. You can compare the early repayment charges and the cost of the mortgage over different time periods and with a particular selected lender (and with your current mortgage if you are thinking about remortgaging). You can also see full details for any mortgage (including a month by month repayment schedule for the full period of the loan) by pressing the 'Details' button.

It's a completely unbiased and continually updated search process, so you know you're seeing the best mortgages and rates from a wide selection. You can also view our best buys currently available.
